If the stream does not start and the loader just keeps spinning, try the following steps in order:
Make sure your iPad is connected to the correct Wi-Fi:
• If your cameras are set up on a permanent pool Wi-Fi, connect the iPad to that network.
• If your cameras are running on their own Wi-Fi, connect to the camera’s Wi-Fi (factory default name: Athlee-Streaming or your custom name).
1. Swipe up from the bottom of the iPad screen and swipe the Athlee app away completely. It is not enough to just navigate away from the app — it must be fully closed.
2. Open the Athlee app again and check if the stream loads.
If the issue continues:
1. Close the Athlee app completely (as described above).
2. Restart the iPad.
3. Open the Athlee app again and test the stream.
