Drill 121

The Athlee camera is placed at the lane rope between lanes 1 and 2. One lane swims clockwise and the other counterclockwise, both moving in toward the camera along the lane rope before sliding out to the side. iPads are positioned on the far side of each lane so swimmers can review without blocking the camera. The iPads run on a four-split screen, showing four different delays. Each time swimmers finish at the wall, they can watch themselves four times in a row before pushing off again.
