Drill 125

The camera is placed in the corner, filming the turns in lane 2. Swimmers swim in toward the wall, make their turn, continue down the lane about halfway, and then move across lane 1 to the side of the pool to review their swim on the iPad. Occasionally, the coach brings out one swimmer for a one-on-one session, recording the turn on a separate iPad and discussing it directly with that swimmer.
