Two cameras are used: one placed at the lane rope between lanes 1 and 2, and the other at the lane rope between lanes 3 and 4. Three iPads provide delayed feedback to swimmers in lanes 1–4, set up in the same way as in Drill 220. In addition, the coach uses a fourth iPad that streams live. This allows the coach to see the action 10 seconds before the swimmers do and point out what they should be focusing on when their swims appear on the delayed iPads. The coach can move between lanes to provide instant feedback and direct swimmers’ attention.
